Auditing

Auditing is “an interactive and negotiated process”(1). Beyond technical expertise, soft skills also play a part into forging a career path in risk and compliance.
The steady rise in auditing recruitments has been driven by an increase in auditing activities, a wider range of positions and the search for new profiles of highly certified professionals with strong accounting and analytical skills.
Aiming for more compliance, corporations will seek out individuals who beyond their technical expertise, have a deep understanding of the company substratum thus can instill that vision into the auditing cycle.
